Family History

Tommy third generation

Tommy is a third generation member of a family that has been in the hospitality business and profession of cooking rotisserie ribs and chicken for over 70 years. Tommy is dedicated to carrying on that wonderful family tradition so that you and your family can create beautiful memories enjoying memorable food. Tommy’s goal is to ensure that all his customers leave satisfied.

Family Trait

Just like his Grandfather Harry in 1947 and his Father Chris in 1951, Tommy learned the art of rotisserie ribs and chicken and continues to take pride in it to this day.
